What Pacman.free is

We are a small team that grew up feeding quarters into arcade cabinets and wanted a version that respects your time. Every game here runs in your web browser, so there is nothing to install and nothing to update. You can start with Classic, the maze most people picture when they hear the word "Pacman", or jump straight into Turbo or Ghost Rush. It is all free, and it always will be.

What makes us different

A lot of arcade sites feel cluttered and slow. We built ours to feel clean and quick.

How the games work

We care about getting the details right. The four ghosts hunt with their authentic personalities - chaser, ambusher, flanker and wildcard - and every run is generated from a fair seed, which means the randomness is repeatable. That is what lets two players share the same multiplayer race or the same daily challenge. Our rules follow the traditional maze-chase conventions, and you can read them in plain English on the rules hub.

Your stats, streaks, and preferences are saved right in your browser, so you can play as a guest and still keep your progress. Want to sync across devices and appear on the leaderboards? Create a free account. It is optional, and you never need one just to play.

Who it is for

Pacman.free is for anyone who likes a good chase. Maybe you want a quiet ninety seconds with a round of Mini. Maybe you love the route-planning depth of the Big Maze, where every quadrant is a logistics problem. Maybe you just want to beat a friend head-to-head.
